In my first week of my diet, I have lost 10lbs. Yay to me! I'm very proud of myself and have actually enoyed it so far. I've experimented a lot more this time than the last time I did it, I've had curry, pizza, oven bakes and the only thing I have had fried has been one omlette. I'm really impressed with some of the food I've made I've been taking photos!
Ommlette (I am rubbish at ommlettes normally!!)
Pizza - base made with cauliflour, cheese and egg
Egg Mayonnaise - think Gordon Ramsey would employ me??!!
