Just a quick update on the diet front as we've been away on holiday.
My week 2 weigh in was the day we left (well actually it was day 12 but I'll just count as 2 weeks) and I reached my goal for the holiday of 14lbs or a stone!! Well done me!!
I wasn't even going to try to stick to it on holiday, it's hard enough being vegetarian and eating out without not eating carbs thrown in. So I knew I would gain weight.
So my week 3 weigh in today I have gained 5lbs, making the loss 9lbs in total. (a little bit of cheating there really as I started diet yesterday and my gain had been 7lbs, but I want to keep my weekly at a Monday so did today too...confused??)
So anyway, I'm bac on properly now so have 9 weeks until my Cyprus holiday to hopefully lose another stone and a half.
