On Monday I'm starting a diet. Any of you who have seen me recently will have no doubt noticed the weight creeping on again. It's a bit of a treat to have something nice to eat when we don't get out much, and a reward after a hard day. The excuse of "I've just had a baby" has worn off, so it has to stop. Now.
I'm not going to be going to a class, so have no humiliation of a weigh in with a leader to deal with, therefore I am going to blog about it weekly. Mainly for my own benefit now to motivate me and in the future to see how I did and when.
I'm might even take a monthly photo, I'll see how it goes. I won't be telling my weight, but will report on my progress and loss. My goal is to lose 3 stone long term, but for the short term, it's to fit into my wedding dress!
