Another 3 lbs off this week, making a total of 22lbs.  I'm feeling great for it.  I'm fitting into clothes I wasn't before and those that did fit before are falling off.  Ever heard a better excuse for a shopping tirp ladies??!!

Jilly Baby's Gravatar Is there a reason you won't say what diet you're following? I'm curious to know, I might try it myself. 3lb a week is great - I still need to lose another 1.5 stone and your diet sounds just the job.

Is it the conventional way? Weight Watchers, Scottish Slimmers, Slimming World, GI? Or are we looking at more non-conventional diets? Cabbage soup, Maple Syrup, Baby Food, low carb or even slimming pills?

I'm doing low carb, or atkins without the meat if you prefer, same thing :o)

Jilly Baby's Gravatar Sorry, you're right you did tell me, my brain is permanently fried I'm afraid and no I'm NOT pregnant!!! So what do you eat then since you're veggie? Eggs, cheese, soya that kind of stuff? I tried Atkins once (with the meat). I didn't do it for long but it certainly seemed to suppress the appetite which is how they say it works. Think I'll stick to eating less and no snacking, slower results but still works all the same.

My kids take soya milk with their cereal. Cows milk made Heather feel sick and Hamish has always had a lactose intolerance but not so bad in recent years. However the soya milk seems to be going down well with both kids, they prefer it now. Personally, I think it sucks!

Great that you're doing so well and yes count me in for a girlie shopping trip...any excuse for me :-)
