Diet Week 4

or is it week 2 all over again?!

This week I have lost 8lbs, so all of the 7lbs I put on last week and a pound on top.  So I'm a pound lighter than when I went on holiday at the end of week 2.  So over a total of 4 weeks I've lost 15lbs, but done 3 weeks on the diet, and 2 of them were on and off, so only 2 weeks.  Haha, I've made this so complicated again. 

I just can't decided if I should be calling this week 4 when it's not really....maybe I should have started diet after holiday to make it easier.

Anyway, in summary I'm 15lbs lighter than when I started!

Jilly Baby's Gravatar I would stick with calling it Week 4 because to lose 15lbs in 2 weeks really isn't healthy. You're doing great though, keep up the good work :)
