No this isn't a sales pitch. I got sent this interesting link the other day which I thought I'd blog about.....

So for example I was on to Scottish Power yesterday (and nPower the other day) using their freephone numbers (rather than the 0870 numbers on their correspondence) – surprisingly enough they tend to go through to exactly the same call handling system – just free!"
