2 weeks ago my Dad came up to visit us at short notice which struck me as a bit odd.  On arrival he asked me an important question - if I would be a witness at his wedding to Tricia....in 2 weeks!  ARGH! 

Of course I was pleased for them, but went into panic mode of having to find 4 outfits for us all in the season when summer wedding outfits are no longer in the shops and Christmas ones are not yet in.  And the small matter of paying for it all.  Oh and it was to be kept a secret from everyone as we were the only ones going (that is me, James & Kids, Laura, Jamie & Owen, Colin (Tricia's 1st son) his wife Jenniffer & their kids Olivia and Sophie and Stuart, Tricia's other son)

So this was the big day, it was lovely and intimate. We all had a great dad and are glad to have been part of it. Roll on the reception in November!
