Today Krystal learnt to ride her bike! She asked during the week if she could take her stabilisers off and as the weather was mild and sunny today James took her out in the afternoon. In contrast to when Kory learnt, Krystal was offski. She was so proud of herself once she did it. 30 minutes in total. What a clever girl, she's younger than Kory was too :)

Krystal and her friend Annabel were treated to their first evening to the theatre after a meal out to Pizza Hut (their choice!!)
We bought tickets a while ago for Beauty & The Beast at His Majesty's and we were not disappointed.
The girls wore their Belle dresses and took their Belle dolls with them.
The show was full of lovely songs, sparkly dresses and they absolutely loved it. Their wee faces were worth every penny!

Today was the last day of term for school as well as Krystal's rising 5's group party. Her friend Hannah came here for lunch as her mum was at work and I got them both ready for the party. They were SOOOO excited!
They wanted their hair all curled too, they're gonna be so funny as teenagers getting ready to go out!

Today was my turn to have Mummy & Daddy to school to watch my show. It was called "Our First Nativity" and we sang lots of songs.
I was really nervous about going on the stage (I didn't do it at all last year) but once I was there is was ok.
There were lots and lots of Mummies & Daddies watching us, but it was good fun. We wore tinsel on our hair like angels too.

Although today was a chilly day, when Josh and I asked to go to the park, our mummies said yes! We went over to Hazlehead Park and had a great time playing and jumping and walking.
Thankfully when we got up it was a nice dry day, not overyly sunny, but not raining! Krystal was in the green team for her sports day and got to carry the flag in to the sports field.
As with previous years (when Kory was in nursery) the teams do a variety of obstacle courses,kicking balls, balancing objects and running. There are no winners and no losers, all the teams do well and have fun which is a load of nonsense as life isn't like that!

But they all got a medal at the end and Krystal was chuffed to bits!
And as with every school sports day there's a Mums race and a Dads race. They struggle to get any mums up there and then announce the Dads one and the men just about climb over one another to get to the start. check them all rubbing their hands together!
Well yesterday was Krystal's birthday and what a packed day it was! We had to wake her early so she had time to open presents as school went back yesterday. She took FOREVER to open them all and then had to rush to get ready! (She wants me to put ALL the present photos on, so here goes!)

At nursery she had an assembly where the whole school sang happy birthday to her (and a couple of others) which she loved and they did a cake too.
After nursey Krystal had a quick lunch and then on to rising 5's. I did a quick run round asda and then it was time to collect Kory! We came home, had a yummy snack and headed in to town to meet up with James.
Krystal had chosen to go to Pizza Hut for her treat dinner, and boy did she eat! She ordered a face pizza and a huge salad bowl and ate almost all of it! Being 4 must be hard work!
Unfortunately, as there was school again today there was no staying up late or anything, so it was home to bed!
She had a great day and loved her presents - she was spoilt rotten!

Believing Kory was 6 was hard, but that my wee baby girl is 4 is even harder (and no don't get excited, that does NOT mean I want another baby!) Here she is on her birthday each year.

Today Krystal had a few friends round to celebrate her birthday next week. I decided to do it in the Easter holidays for easiness. The kids were all really really well behaved, the mums were too! It's a whole new group of friends neither of us knew before she went to nursery which is really nice.
